The HENDI Convection Oven H100S with Humidification is a durable stainless steel convection oven with direct humidification, two fans and heating elements for consistent performance. It has a cool-to-the-touch double-glazed door, interior lighting and 4x GN 1/1 trays with 75 mm spacing. The rear water inlet and 120-minute timer support smooth operation in high-demand kitchens.
