Simply set the right temperature
Induction plates are required to use this professional induction hob. The hob is equipped with pan detection. If there is no direct contact with the pan, it will not heat up. In addition, the induction hob has a thermostat with safety valves that prevents overheating. You can adjust the temperature with a selection between 50 and 300ºC.

Quick and easy cleaning
The top is seamlessly welded and the body is made of stainless steel, which makes cleaning incredibly easy. All you need is a damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent. To clean the glass ceramic surface, use a special cleaning agent and a damp cloth. After wiping all surfaces dry, you can use the induction hob again.
