Construction – Made of AISI 304 grade CrNi 18/10 stainless steel with a Scotch-Brite satin finish. The appliance has a 2 mm thick work surface, rounded edges, chrome-plated details and a rear splash guard. The controls meet the IPX5 water resistance requirements.
Model – Professional gas-powered Bratt Pan with one fixed tank, 100 mm deep. The sturdy stainless steel base ensures very efficient heat conduction. The temperature can be adjusted using a thermostat up to 300 °C. In addition, the appliance has a removable liquid collector, piezoelectric ignition and a pilot light. Safety is ensured by thermostat control and thermocouple safety valves.
Maintenance – All serviceable parts are easily accessible by removing the front panel.
Fittings – Both natural gas and LPG nozzles and height-adjustable feet are included.
