Independent top and bottom heating zones allow for better control over the cooking process, while the ribbed cast-iron plates ensure even grilling results and distinct grill marks. The heavier top plate is specifically designed to apply greater pressure, making it ideal for the uniform and efficient grilling of filled kebab products.
