APACH 900 SERIES BAIN-MARIE APBE-89P — an Italian electric floor bain-marie used to demonstrate and keep soups, side dishes, drinks or sauces hot. The heating elements provide quick and uniform heating; they are located under the stainless steel food container which is purchased separately depending on the purpose of the bain-marie. It is possible to maintain the temperature in the range from 30 °C to 90 °C. The possibility of stepless temperature control prevents dishes from drying. Сonvenient and easy-to-use electromechanical control system is located on the front panel. The ability to install a spacious gastronorm allows you to use this model in large catering outlets. Dimensions declared by the manufacturer are 800×900×850 mm. Maximum power consumption is 6 kW. It is powered by 400 V. The total weight of the equipment: 82 kg.
