APACH 700 SERIES 4 HOTPLATES RANGE ELECTRIC APRE-77QFE — a device designed for the heat treatment of various food products. Features of the stove are 4 low hotplates which allow you to place several gastronorms of different shapes and sizes. An electric oven is positioned below the stove. An easy-to-use electromechanical control panel with indicators of hotplate heating is located under the cooking surface. Each hotplate has a power of 2.5 kW and is equipped with a thermostat with six heating levels. The edges of the stove are designed to collect excess liquid. The housing is made out of AISI 304 stainless steel. The cooking chamber of the oven has 3 levels of loading, and it is suitable for working with GN 2/1.
