APACH 700 SERIES 6 HOTPLATES RANGE ELECTRIC APRE-117FE — a powerful electric grove designed for the heat treatment of various food products in catering establishments. The stove is equipped with six square cast iron hotplates of 230×230 mm and an electric oven. The control panel with heating indicators is located under the cooking surface. The hotplates have a capacity of 2.6 kW and are equipped with a thermostat and protection from overheating. The housing is made out of AISI 304 stainless steel. The cooking chamber of the oven has 3 levels of loading, and it is suitable for working with gastronorms and grates GN 2/1. The edges of the stove have special lips for collecting liquid. In addition, the stove has a small closed cabinet (280×660×310 mm) with a swing door that can be used for food storage.
