APACH 900 SERIES PASTA COOKER GAS APPG-49P — a floor gas pasta cooker unit designed for boiling spaghetti, ravioli, rice or dumplings. This model is equipped with gas burners with an automatic flame holder and electric ignition. The electromechanical control system is easy to operate, and it does not require special skills. The model is suitable for cafes, pizzerias or restaurants. The unit body and a spacious sink of 40 l are made of stainless steel. Cooking portion baskets are purchased separately because they are provided depending on the menu of the enterprise. The pasta cooker has dimensions of 400×900×850 mm. Maximum gas power consumption is 14 kW. The total weight of the equipment is 44 kg.
