APACH 900 SERIES PASTA COOKER GAS APPG-89P — a model designed primarily for boiling pasta, but it can also be used for cooking dumplings, rice, sausages, eggs or vegetables. The unit is equipped with two spacious sinks and is suitable for large kitchens of food establishments or canteens. The gas heating system ensures the efficiency of this model. The pasta cooker is equipped with gas burners with an automatic flame holder and a piezoelectric ignition system. A convenient electromechanical control system does not require special skills and is easy to operate. The unit body and two sinks of 40 l are made of stainless steel. Cooking portion baskets are purchased separately, as their configuration depends on the type of the enterprise. The pasta cooker has dimensions of 800×900×850 mm. Maximum gas power is 28 kW. The total weight of the equipment is 75 kg.
